M.C Back Gauge is system for bending sheet and plate material, most commonly sheet metal. It forms predetermined bends by clamping the workpiece between a matching punch and die.

Detail description

Process:

• A press brake can be described by basic parameters, such as the force or retract and the working length. 
• According to positions are assign in program machine goes that position according to reference position.
• In program there is 20 positions are given and cycle steps for repetitive cycles.
• User can control positions which position user want to come in next position.
• After position reach, pressing foot switch hydraulic system started to bending material and when retract signal arrives back gauge move retract position which is set by user.
• User can operate Manual mode for single cycle operation.
